About Carolyn
I work with leaders who care deeply — about their people, their communities, and their lives at home — helping them lead with steadier capacity, stronger self-trust, and grounded integrity.
This work is practical, relational, and honest. No leadership theater — just good, hard work done together, for what matters most.
Background & Experience
I bring over 20 years of community leadership experience, including clergy leadership across all ages and stages, along with group and couples facilitation, conflict navigation, and mediation training with community-based organizations.
My work has included leadership renewal, trauma-aware facilitation, and conflict support — along with several years of focused leadership coaching. I also bring a political science background and a practical systems lens.
I care deeply about inclusive, justice-aware leadership that builds real capacity, practices active allyship, and expands belonging — not just results.
How I Work
My approach blends practical tools, reflective practice, and real-world application. We look at strengths, values, patterns, pressures, and relationships — and build leadership habits that hold up under real conditions.
Expect thoughtful conversation, useful structure, and some laughter along the way. Growth work should be alive, not grim.
I care about integrity, connection, courage, and advocacy — and leadership that stays fully human.
