Lead & Live Well
Lead with integrity. Live with grounded clarity.
Because the world needs you on your feet.
A whole-self leadership practice for people who care deeply about their impact — strengthening capacity, restoring clarity, and how you lead and live when it matters most.
The Practice of Leading & Living Well:
This isn’t another leadership framework.
It’s a grounded refocusing — space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what matters — at work and at home.
Who This Is For
Lead & Live Well is for leaders who care deeply and carry real responsibility — especially in nonprofits, social impact work, and community leadership.
Most people arrive here stretched thin, second-guessing more than they’d like, and ready to lead in a steadier, more sustainable way.
When Leadership feels heavy:
You’ve been carrying a lot — the mission, the team, the people you love — and somewhere along the way, you started disappearing from your own life.
Leading work that matters — but stretched thin
Wanting progress on purpose, while thriving
Wanting to lead from your strengths — without losing yourself
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
The Lead & Live Well Framework
We focus on three meaningful leadership shifts — a grounded practice for who you are, bringing integrity so you’re at your best, not a personality change.
Find Your Footing
Reduce overload, reconnect with your values and strengths, and stabilize your energy so clear thinking and steady decisions become possible again.
Lead with Integrity
Move out of second-guessing and pressure-driven choices, and lead from your values instead of urgency — in every part of your life.
Better Together
Show up stronger with your team and the people you love — building shared responsibility, deepening trust, and creating circles that can strengthen and sustain everyone.
At the center is a simple weekly Integrity triage practice — choosing what matters most and acting on it steadily.

A Good Fit for This Work
Lead & Live Well works well for leaders who:
care deeply about their people, their work, and their life at home
are carrying a lot — and ready to get back on their feet
are open to reflection and practical change
are willing to practice between sessions
You don’t need to be polished.
You do need to be willing to step up for what matters — steadily, and not alone.
Not the Right Container (Right Now)
This program may not be the best starting place if:
you’re in deep burnout and need recovery or therapeutic support first
a key relationship is in active crisis and needs counselling attention now
your team needs mediation or conflict repair before leadership development work
If you’re unsure, we can sort that out in a short conversation.
The goal is the right kind of support when it counts, for good change.
How It Works
Lead & Live Well combines:
weekly guided group sessions
monthly 1:1 coaching
meaningful tools and between-session practices
real-life leadership application at work and at home
Why Trust Me
I bring over 20 years of community leadership experience, including clergy leadership across all ages and stages, along with group and couples facilitation, conflict navigation, and mediation training with community-based organizations.
My work has included leadership renewal, trauma-aware facilitation, and conflict support — along with several years of focused leadership coaching. I also bring a political science background and a practical systems lens.
I care deeply about inclusive, justice-aware leadership that builds real capacity, practices active allyship, and expands belonging — not just results.
I genuinely like people and real conversation — the honest, thoughtful, sometimes hard, often hopeful kind. Integrity and aliveness both matter here.
If we work together, we’ll lean into the work that matters — with courage, clarity, and respect. Would you want any less?
